From June 13 to 30, 2025, the “Summer School in Samarkand” international summer program was organized in cooperation between the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics and the Business School of the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, Czech Republic, based on the order No. 174-K dated June 14, 2025, issued by the Branch Director.

The main objectives of the summer school are as follows:

• to deepen participants’ knowledge of modern trends and practices in international trade;
• to develop analytical skills for assessing economic policies and their impact on international trade;
• to prepare participants to work in international companies and organizations.

During the summer school, Czech and local students are receiving two weeks of instruction in entrepreneurship and business development, startup creation, and the broad implementation of innovations in production. In addition, excursions are being organized to introduce students to the entrepreneurial and production processes directly.
