On April 18, 2025, within the framework of the regional stage of the "Universiade-2025" sports competitions, competitions were held among students of higher educational institutions of the Samarkand region in the type of workout (strengthening physical exercises).

Five girls and five boys from all higher educational institutions of the Samarkand region participated in this competition. The competition was held at the sports ground of the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics.

The winning teams were determined in the competition.

1st place - Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute;
2nd place - Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics;
3rd place - Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Livestock Biotechnologies;

Commemorative gifts were presented to the winning teams of the competition.
