According to Annex 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated October 17, 2024, F-53, on the preparation and celebration of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan, task 43 was set to hold Constitution lessons in higher educational institutions, covering all students. In accordance with this, on December 4 of the current year, Z.M. Mamadkhonova, an education and training advisor at the Faculty of Economics of the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics, conducted lessons on the updated Constitution with the students of group 424. During the lecture, it was emphasized that the new strategic goal of state-building in the Constitution is the establishment of a social state, the introduction of principles of social justice and unity, and the strengthening of constitutional foundations that foresee new mechanisms for the protection of human rights and freedoms.
