Activities in the Gulzor and Olmazor neighborhoods of the Bulung‘ur district of Samarkand region:
• Seminars, training sessions, and meetings were organized under the leadership of Zarifbay Oripov, a psychologist from the Samarkand branch of the Tashkent State University of Economics.
• During these events, individual conversations were held with citizens who had fallen into a "dependent" state.
