Professor of the Department of Digital Economy and Information Technologies at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics, Doctor of Economic Sciences Bahodirkhon Safarov presented the results of scientific research conducted in 2024. In collaboration with international scientific circles, he published 8 articles in high-ranking journals indexed in Scopus, such as those ranked Q-1: “Indoor Air” (Denmark), “Heritage” (Switzerland), “Remote Sensing” (Switzerland), “Frontiers in Public Health” (Switzerland), “GeoJournal of Tourism and Geosites” (Romania), as well as Q-2: “Applied Sciences” (Switzerland), “African Journal of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure” (South Africa), “Springer Nature” (Switzerland). The articles cover interdisciplinary research on digital economy development, ecology and cultural heritage preservation, as well as tourism. These scientific achievements contribute to enhancing the international image of the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics and influence its national and international rankings.
