Fatima Urazalieva Anarbaeva was born in 1977 in the Bulungur district of the Samarkand region.
In 1994-1999, she graduated from Samarkand state university named after Alisher Navoi with a degree in Applied mathematics. In 2008, she completed a refresher course in informatics and information technology at the center for advanced training and retraining of teachers at Samarkand state university named after Alisher Navoi.
1998-1999 teacher at secondary school No. 46 of the Bulungur district, 1999-2000 teacher of the Bulungur agricultural vocational college, 2000-2005 teacher at secondary school No. 23 of the Bulungur district, 2005-2008 lecturer at the Bulungur professional college of construction and national crafts, 2008-2013 assistant professor at the department of informatics and information technology at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent university of information technology, 2013-2015 lecturer at the department of informatics of the Samarkand state institute of foreign languages, 2015-2020 lecturer at the department of information technology of the Samarkand state institute of foreign languages, 2020-2021 lecturer at the department of digital economics, accounting and information technology of the Samarkand branch of Tashkent state university of economics, 2021-2022 senior lecturer at the department of digital economics and information technology of the Samarkand branch of Tashkent state university of economics, since 2022 associate professor at the department of digital economics and information technology of the Samarkand branch of Tashkent state university of economics.
In 2022, she successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 13.00.06 – “Theory and methodology of e-learning” on the topic “Improving e-learning methodology based on open source platforms”.
On the basis of Protocol No. 348/1 dated January 6, 2024, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty 08.00.16 – “Digital economy and international digital integration”.
F.U.Anarbayeva has published more than 100 scientific papers, including 1 monograph, 3 software products, 2 textbooks, 1 guide, 9 manuals, 15 guidelines. The number of articles and abstracts published in international and national scientific journals is 15, and in scientific collections is 72.
She is a member of the editorial board of the scientific journal “Economics, Finance and Innovation”.
Responsibilities:
- Honestly and conscientiously fulfill professional duties, adhering to labor, executive, and academic discipline.
- Conduct lectures, laboratory sessions, practical classes, and other types of instruction at a high theoretical, scientific-methodological, and professional level in accordance with state educational standards for higher education across all forms of study (full-time and part-time).
- Supervise students' professional internships, coursework projects, final qualification works, master's theses, and independent student work.
- Monitor students' academic performance ratings.
- Organize extracurricular student activities.
- Prepare highly qualified specialists who meet the high spiritual and moral standards of developed democratic states.
- Develop academic curricula for the department's disciplines and submit them for approval in accordance with established procedures, as well as review and provide evaluations of curricula prepared by related departments.
- Prepare textbooks, instructional, methodological, and visual aids, and review reissued educational and instructional materials, including those co-authored with foreign scholars, upon the request of the university administration.
- Participate in the preparation of necessary educational and methodological materials for private educational institutions upon request.
- Work with talented students, preparing them for competitions and academic contests, including the "El-Yurt Umidi" Foundation competition, improve forms and methods of students' independent study, and take measures to increase the volume of self-study by optimizing classroom instruction.
- Conduct scientific research in accordance with the approved plan, discuss completed studies, implement research findings in production, and recommend completed scientific works for publication.
- Ensure effective integration of education, science, and industry.
- Supervise students' scientific research, as well as independent researchers.
- Study, summarize, and disseminate the experience of skilled educators, introducing new pedagogical technologies.

- Participate in expert groups for determining the equivalence of educational documents.
- Attract extra-budgetary funds and establish connections with industrial and agricultural enterprises, farms, and other businesses to provide scientific and technical assistance.
