• Perform work duties honestly and conscientiously, adhering to labor, execution, and academic discipline;
• Conduct laboratory, practical, and other types of classes according to the higher education state educational standards, ensuring they are at a high theoretical, scientific-methodological, and professional level (both in production-related and non-production-related forms);
• Guide students' practical training, course projects (works), and independent tasks;
• Implement rating control of students' knowledge;
• Organize extracurricular activities for students;
• Prepare highly qualified personnel who meet the high moral and ethical standards of developed democratic countries;
• Prepare textbooks, educational-methodical, and visual aids, and, based on the rector's instructions, write conclusions for textbooks, educational manuals, and educational-methodical literature that will be re-published, including those co-authored with foreign scholars;
• Participate in the preparation of necessary educational-methodical literature for non-governmental educational institutions based on their orders;
• Work with talented students, prepare them for participation in olympiads and competitions, including the “El-yurt umidi” foundation competition, and improve students' independent learning forms and methods;
• Take measures to increase the volume of independent preparation by optimizing classroom activities;
• Conduct scientific research in accordance with the approved plan, discuss completed research works, introduce their results into production, and recommend completed scientific works for publication;
• Ensure effective integration of education, science, and production;
• Supervise students' scientific research works;
• Study, generalize, and disseminate the experiences of experienced teachers, and introduce new pedagogical technologies;
• Use modern teaching tools and independent learning methods during the educational process.

Required Knowledge:

• Knowledge of regulatory-legal documents related to pedagogical activities, laws, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Ministry’s Board, orders, and the essence of university rector’s orders, as well as annual and long-term departmental plans.

Qualification Requirements:

• Must possess professional and organizational skills necessary for pedagogical activities, have experience and background in the field of education, and the relevant knowledge and skills in the scope of their activities and powers;
• Must have higher education;
• Must possess exemplary personal qualities such as intellect, culture, creativity, good manners, initiative, responsibility, ability to make independent decisions, and actions, as well as the ability to ensure the achievement of the institution’s strategic goals.
