Muydinov Olim Bekmuratovich was born on August 19, 1986, in Pastdargom district, Samarkand region. His nationality is Uzbek.

In 1993, he was admitted to the 1st grade of School No. 28 in Pastdargom district, Samarkand region, and graduated with excellent marks in 2004.

In 2005, he entered the Samarkand Institute of Architecture and Construction, majoring in "Management," and obtained a bachelor's degree in 2009.

In 2014, he enrolled at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, specializing in "Economics," and received a master's degree in 2016.

From 2010 to 2016, he worked in various positions at the Pastdargom branch of the People's Bank of Samarkand region.

In 2017-2018, he worked as an assistant at the "Management in Agriculture" department of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute.

In 2018-2019, he was an assistant at the "Agroeconomics and Accounting" department of the Samarkand Veterinary and Medicine Institute.

From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a 1st-category engineer in the sector of scientific research, innovations, and the training of scientific-pedagogical personnel at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics.

From 2022 to 2024, he was a doctoral student at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics.

Since 2025, he has been the Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics.

Muydinov Olim Bekmuratovich is married and has three children.

Duties of the Head of the International Cooperation Department:

• Honestly and conscientiously fulfill work duties, comply with labor and executive discipline;
• General management of all activities of the department and its staff;
• Control over the selection of candidates for traveling abroad;
• Organization of receiving guests, delegations, interns, and doctoral students from abroad;
• Development and management of international projects and programs, summarizing and analyzing their results;
• Communication with higher authorities;
• Planning and conducting ceremonies within the framework of international exchange programs with foreign universities;
• Conducting and organizing direct agreements with foreign universities;
• Conducting negotiations;
• Establishing cooperation with embassies and international organizations regarding study and professional development programs;
• Preparing an annual report;
• Maintaining relations with foreign universities;
• Supervising modern and proper correspondence with foreign universities;
• Receiving foreign delegations and specialists;
• Communicating with embassies and international organizations regarding educational and internship programs.

Required Knowledge:

• Regulatory and legal documents related to the department’s activities, laws, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Ministry’s Board, orders, and the essence of the branch director’s orders.

• Professional and organizational skills necessary for a managerial position in higher education institutions, leadership experience in education, and relevant knowledge and skills within the scope of duties;

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of successful work experience in the relevant field.
